Hello, I’m Ashley!I love doing personalized color, whether it’s soft or bright blondes, the perfect shades of red or rich brunettes. I always love a transformation or a color correction! I’m the salon veteran, with over 20 years of experience and knowledge, and have trained in New York and Chicago for both hair cutting and coloring. On my days off I’m usually out and about enjoying the city or hiking and exploring nature. I love animals, traveling, food, cooking, and my dogs, Maple and Rainier. My goal is to create a customized look for each client while giving them a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m passionate about creating beautiful, effortless hair that fits into your lifestyle and stays looking fresh between appointments. My favorite services are natural, low-maintenance colors and highlights, and enhancing hair with hand-tied extensions to add fullness, length, and confidence. I also love finishing every appointment with a great blowout and helping my clients leave the salon feeling refreshed and their absolute best. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me working in my garden, running, baking, or catching up on my favorite Bravo shows. I love spending time outside and going on long walks with my dog Roxy. My goal is to create a fun salon experience while helping you achieve hair that feels beautiful, effortless, and healthy.

Emily is the salon manager at Linc & Sage and a master stylist specializing in lived-in color, low-maintenance hair, and effortlessly wearable cuts.
She's passionate about creating a welcoming experience for guests and fostering a positive, supportive salon culture.
Known as a bit of a haircut fixer, Emily loves helping guests find styles that fit their lifestyle, enhance their natural features, and restore confidence after less-than-ideal salon experiences.
A lifelong Pittsburgher, she believes the best salon experiences go beyond great hair - they create connection, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
Outside of the salon, you’ll find her chasing adventures with her daughter Rooney, planning her next home project, or enjoying a good glass of wine with friends.

Kat is a Master Stylist at Linc & Sage Salon specializing in multidimensional color, lived-in blonding, and precision haircuts tailored to each client’s lifestyle. With a focus on healthy hair, consistency, and longevity, she creates customized looks that feel effortless both in and out of the salon.
Believing that great hair starts with collaboration, Kat takes the time to understand each client’s goals, routine, and maintenance preferences to deliver results that truly fit their life. Having trained with some of the industry's top educators, she is passionate about continually refining her craft while empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to recreate their look at home. For Kat, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing her clients leave feeling confident, valued, and uplifted. When she's not behind the chair, you can find Kat spending time with her dog, traveling, attending concerts, and making memories with friends.

Hi, I’m Mariah, a 27-year-old hairstylist with a passion for creating effortless, modern hair that looks just as good weeks later as it does the day you leave the salon.
My journey began in cosmetology school in 2018, followed by an apprenticeship in New York City in 2019. Since working behind the chair full-time in 2020, I’ve continued investing in advanced education in color, cutting, styling, and industry trends to give my clients the best experience possible.
I specialize in lived-in blondes, dimensional brunettes, long hair, and customized cuts designed to complement your natural features and lifestyle. Hair health is at the center of everything I do, and I’m especially known for working with thick hair and creating beautiful, lasting blowouts.
My goal is always to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable, confident, and truly taken care of.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll usually find me with my cat, Nugget (my unofficial child), staying active through yoga, or walking, reading, crafting, or catching up on reality TV.

I believe education is key to providing the best experience possible, which is why I continue to invest in advanced training. I've had the opportunity to learn from industry professionals including Daniel Joseph Muldoon of Paul Mitchell School in Knoxville, Tennessee, Hanzo Shears, and classes focused on color theory and product knowledge through L'Oréal and Alter Ego Italy. Hi I’m Caianna! I joined the Linc & Sage team as an assistant in August of 2025 after moving to Pittsburgh from the Philadelphia area (go birds). I’ve worked in the industry for about five years now and my passion and love for all things hair just continues to grow. There’s nothing I love more than building relationships with clients and making people feel comfortable, confident and beautiful! When I’m not in the salon you can find me at a concert, traveling or at home with a good book!
