Originally from Upstate New York, Jessie made her way to Pittsburgh with a love for art that eventually led her to a career in hair. After spending 10 years working in different salons, she knew she wanted to create something of her own, a salon that did things a little differently. Blonding is Jessie’s true specialty and passion. She loves creating beautiful blondes, from soft, lived-in color to bright, customized blondes, always focusing on keeping the hair healthy and making each look feel effortless and unique to her clients. For Jessie, Linc & Sage is about more than beautiful hair. It’s about creating a place where clients feel confident, stylists feel appreciated, and everyone who walks through the door feels like they belong.

Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m passionate about creating beautiful, effortless hair that fits into your lifestyle and stays looking fresh between appointments. My favorite services are natural, low-maintenance colors and highlights, and enhancing hair with hand-tied extensions to add fullness, length, and confidence. I also love finishing every appointment with a great blowout and helping my clients leave the salon feeling refreshed and their absolute best. When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me working in my garden, running, baking, or catching up on my favorite Bravo shows. I love spending time outside and going on long walks with my dog Roxy. My goal is to create a fun salon experience while helping you achieve hair that feels beautiful, effortless, and healthy. I’m always accepting new clients and can’t wait to have you in my chair!

Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a hairstylist who loves a good blonde, lived-in color, and anything that makes someone feel a little more like themselves. Outside of the salon, I’m usually at the gym, in a hot yoga class, thrifting, getting coffee, or finding a new hobby to get into. I love fashion, anything vintage, and finding little ways to make everyday life feel prettier. One of my favorite things about doing hair is all the different people I get to meet and the conversations that come with it. I love that no two days behind the chair are ever the same.

Hi, I’m Justyne! Making people feel confident and beautiful is my favorite part of being a hairstylist. I love creating customized looks that fit your personality, lifestyle, and hair goals - whether that means a fresh haircut, a bouncy blowout, dimensional color, bright highlights, or a beautifully blended balayage. I'm especially passionate about healthy hair care and helping my guests achieve hair that not only looks amazing in the salon but stays strong and beautiful long after their appointment. I enjoy working with a variety of hair textures and offer services including silk presses, curly hair care, color services, and treatments designed to keep your hair looking and feeling its best. I believe education is key to providing the best experience possible, which is why I continue to invest in advanced training. I've had the opportunity to learn from industry professionals including Daniel Joseph Muldoon of Paul Mitchell School in Knoxville, Tennessee, Hanzo Shears, and classes focused on color theory and product knowledge through L'Oréal and Alter Ego Italy. When you sit in my chair, my goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about your hair. I want every appointment to feel like catching up with a friend while creating a look you love. Whether you're coming in for maintenance or a complete transformation, I'm committed to helping you leave feeling confident, refreshed, and loving your hair.

Hi! I'm Rachael! I'm your girl for everything Linc and Sage, besides actually doing hair. I do not have a cosmetology license, but I did go to Pitt for marketing! (H2P!) If you call the salon, I am most likely the person you're talking to. Besides answering phone calls, my hobbies include discovering new music (forever a Directioner), ordering Thai food, and spending time with my friends and family. I love helping our stylists and assistants create a warm and welcoming environment in the salon. I've also been told I make an amazing cup of coffee ;) Come see me at the desk, I'd love to chat with you!

Hi I’m Caianna! I joined the Linc & Sage team as an assistant in August of 2025 after moving to Pittsburgh from the Philadelphia area (go birds). I’ve worked in the industry for about five years now and my passion and love for all things hair just continues to grow. There’s nothing I love more than building relationships with clients and making people feel comfortable, confident and beautiful! When I’m not in the salon you can find me at a concert, traveling or at home with a good book!
